High Level Design

According to the Performance Needs Assessment, I designed eight non-instructional interventions in this campaign. Two of them are based on the organizational perspective, and three of them are devised from the individual perspective. The last one, which is the Teacher Recognition Program, was designed from the overview perspective and going to throughout the entire campaign.

Design a high level plan is not only interesting but also demanding. I drafted my plan and discussed with my classmates several times. I would like to ensure all the interventions in my campaign could be made the most of use regarding to improve human performance.
